Discourse has a lot of features and configurability, as well as a decent number of plugins. Here are a bunch that I’m looking at, placing here as something of a bookmark, and as a way for anyone to list that they want them!
- Retort lets people add Slack-style “reactions” to posts.
- Canned replies might be useful.
- Patron integration in case I ever open that up (far, far away, but a lot of people I love do this).
- Google Calendar might be good for event planning + local scene?
- ImgFlip and ReplyGif for good memeing.
